 It is an opioid derivative painkiller that acts on the Central Nervous System to interrupt painkillers.

Who can used Tramadol

This medicine is not used to treat pain and cough in children younger than 12 years. But adults and children older than 12 years can take it.

The good effect of Tramadol

It is used for treating moderate to moderately severe pain both acute and chronic. It helps in treating musculoskeletal pain of moderate intensity. In addition with it is also considered to be an antidepressant with strong analgesic properties and help in increasing your sleeping time and reduce your anxiety. It contains one-tenth of morphine so it helps in reducing pain and it's painkilling effect last for 6 hours

Adverse effects of Tramadol

The most common adverse effect of using Tramadol is constipation, itchiness, nausea and vomiting, sweating, dry mouth, lack of energy and sometimes stomach pain also. It some times create a big problem such as drug addiction, have kidney and liver problems. And it is not good for those women who are pregnant and for those women who are breastfeeding. And it's overdose and overuse lead to death.

Dosages of Tramadol

*  Daily Dosage -- 50 mg 4 times a day
*  Maintenance Dosage --  50-100 mg
                          every 4-6 hours as needed
*  Maximum Dosage -- 400 mg per day

This medicine is available in many forms including liquids, syrups, drop effervescent tablets, powder for mixing with water, capsules.
